For this project, ARPA as prime contractor was responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of a food trailer equiped with the below specifications.
• Interior dimensions: 12 ft long by 7 ft wide by 7.5 ft tall
• Axles and drawbar galvanized, jockey wheel, vehicle lighting 12V, full insulation,
waterproof floor, 1 entrance door in front wall, central, lockable, 1 sales flap on the
right with 2 gas pressure springs, 4 turn-out supports with crank, maneuvering handles,
anodized aluminum profiles
• Custom exterior foiling
• Interior foiling in red
• 32 ampere power supply, fuse box incl. fuses, 12 SchuKo-sockets 230 V
• Gas cabinet [fire protection extension] for 11 kg propane gas cylinders, internal
ventilation for gas cabinet, 1x gas cylinder holder for each gas pipe, gas cabinet door,
pipe, connector, shut-off valve, commercial pressure reducer, connection of the gas
appliances and final gas inspection.
• Stainless steel double sink w/ faucet
• Automatic pump
• Hot water conditioner (5 L)
• Clean water tank for supply(19L)
• Water tank for wastewater (19L)
• Fixed water connection
• Soap dispenser

• Stainless steel wall interior (side opposite service window above work counter height)
